Alpha Dental Clinic FARO

I went here for a free braces consultation. The dentist was great, she checked my teeth and said whats her opinion for my case. I was lying down there with my mouth open, she started doing my teeth and I realized she was cleaning my teeth without informing me. I kept wondering maybe this was part of the consultation or something. In the end I have to pay for the teeth cleaning I wasnt aware of or requested on my behalf. Also not knowing how much it could cost me. Although the cleaning result was great, dont get me wrong but for someone who wasn't prepared for that kind of extra service at the moment, it leaves me a bad feeling as a client. The dentist should always talk about it first and always ask if the clients agrees and wants it. Not simply just do whatever and pay the price. So i gave it a 3 stars.
