Don’t think twice, just book with them! These guys are amazing. Silvia was extremely responsive when I reached out and gave me a detailed itinerary. All I told her was I have two kids and want to see everything! My biggest concern was safety in Tuk Tuk for my 2 year old. Typically booster seats are available but Silvia took the time to discuss exactly what kind of car seat I wanted and reassured that she will arrange one. We booked two tours with her colleague Sérgio Abbás. There was absolutely no pressure to buy excess tours or any requirement to pay upfront. They were very professional. Sergio went above and beyond to make my kids comfortable and safe. He brought a 5-point harness car seat for my toddler. My baby was super comfy and secure which made for an stress-free experience! He helped out so much with kids from carrying their backpacks to cheering them up. Also he is an excellent photographer! We also met Silvia and thought it was very sweet of her to stop by and say hello to us!
We had a great experience - highly recommend as a fun way to get to know Lisbon!
