Before reaching Mr. Roberson, I've tried to install AC system in my home with four different companies. One came to my place and ignored all of my pre-installation, saying that everything needed to be done outside and sending to me a multi-million $ offer (of course I declined). The second one came and installed partially and poorly one AC and then it vanished. The third other came to check the pre-installation (poorly as well) and then it vanished as well. The last one tried to charge me just to visit my place and make an offer, and of course I declined. Mr. Roberson was the only professional that committed to come to my home in a timely manner to verify step-by-step all of my pre-installation, including the installation that was done by the previous company without any rush. He was so knowledgeable that he found that the previous company simply installed my AC wrongly, making my AC to not be covered by warranty anymore. After a perfect evaluation along with a fair offer, he came and installed all of my ACs - including the re-installation of the wrong one (1x1 12K, 1x1 18K and 2x1) - also assisting myself to find the best AC unit based on the pre-installation that I had. We had some setbacks during this "journey", but everything was quickly resolved because Mr. Roberson is a professional that cares and prioritizes customer experience. I appreciate a lot his work here and I recommend his service for anyone that doesn't want to have a headache with AC installation in Montijo and surroundings.
