TypiqueDes bouteilles de vin partout, dans tous les coins possibles, certaines de plusieurs dizaines d’années. On y mange très bien.
Disappointing fish platterWe stopped for lunch whilst in lisbon after trying to find the restaurant next door. As this was closed we decided to eat here instead. The service was good but we made the mistake of ordering the fish platter for 2. It was €40 and came with potatoes several of which were raw. There was a good selection of fish however the first piece we cut into was not cooked properly and everything just tasted of oil. A real shame.
A Good Restaurant in LisbonMy wife and I were in Lisbon, Portugal and were looking for a place to eat dinner. We just happened to come across this restaurant and It was great! The staff/owners very very friendly. They spoke English well.
It is not fancy but it is authentic Portuguese. They had a good selection of fresh fish. My wife had Sea Bass and I had grilled Sardines They were both excellent. The salad and vegetables were served Family style on a large plate. The bread was homemade and fresh and the dressers were excellent too. They have a very large selection of wine which you could sample before buying.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Lisbon and are looking for a good local meal. You will not be disappointed.
